Ford CRM


The brief:  Build real relationships with the Ford customer by letting them feel recognised, appreciated and rewarded by Ford. 

Over the course of the year we kept in touch with our Ford drivers, by creating a CRM programme that inspired them on their journeys of adventure on the open road

We gave them a map asking Ford drivers to plot their ultimate destination and places they have been using Journey Markers. By tweeting their destination to #FordGoFurther, Ford surprised them with FREE wheel alignment, a car wash and even a cup of coffee to make their trip even better.
