I’m a Senior UX/UI Designer and Innovation Consultant based in Manchester, originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, with over 16 years of experience in the digital space.
I began my career as a digital Art Director, combining brand storytelling with innovative interfaces across campaigns and touchpoints. That love for aesthetic craft naturally evolved into a deeper passion for UX, structure and functionality, designing not just how things look, but how they work and feel.
I use design thinking to turn complex challenges into intuitive, human-centred experiences. My work spans discovery research, journey mapping, service design, prototyping and workshop facilitation, always grounded in real user insight and operational realities. I balance creativity with commercial reality and organisational context, shaping ideas that are both ambitious and grounded in how organisations really operate. I regularly partner with senior client stakeholders and bring experience in coaching and people management, helping teams grow in confidence and capability.
Whether collaborating with cross-functional teams or mentoring designers, I focus on creating experiences that remove friction and make a meaningful difference. I care deeply about detail, quality and creating work that feels considered, accessible, thoughtful and beautifully executed.
